At USMLE Compass, we are committed to providing high-quality digital study resources designed to help medical students prepare for the USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 examinations.
Digital Products
All products sold through USMLE Compass are digital products. Once your payment has been successfully processed, your purchased files are available for immediate access and download.
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned after being accessed or downloaded, all sales are final.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any purchases, including but not limited to:
- Digital study guides
- eBooks
- PDF notes
- Revision materials
- Flashcards
- Templates
- Any downloadable educational content
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product that is delivered immediately, and you waive any right to request a refund once access has been provided.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- You were charged multiple times for the same order.
- You did not receive your purchased product because of a verified technical issue that cannot be resolved.
- An incorrect product was delivered and we are unable to provide the correct version.
